Coloured Topic Titles

Hey all,
We now have a New feature, Coloured Topic Titles.
Unfortunately, only Moderators and Administrators may use this feature, for Important Messages.
Anyone who isn't in either of these groups, and is using Coloured Titles, shall be issued a warning.
Of Course, you may still use coloured text IN posts, just not on the titles.
